Email and message whenever you might need it.
We will establish whether you really are ready for coaching and whether I am the right person to help you.
We will clarify how to work together as coach and coachee – what commitments are expected from both sides, ‘rules’ regarding missed sessions and addresses issues of confidentiality etc.
We will talk about you, your background (where are you from), your nows (today) and where you want to go (goals)
At each session, we will see the past, present, and future. With this I mean that we will talk about the last session, do you have questions. Talk about how you've done since the last session, did you fulfilled your commitments to your promises and move toward your goals. And we will make an agreement about how to move forward.
